Conference format


A plenary session will kick off the event with presentations from leading experts in their fields, followed by networking over coffee. A small display area will be set up during coffee and lunch times.

Speakers including Dave Chaffey, Simone Barratt, Matthew Thomson and Ed Kay will share their experiences, case studies and insights from the world of commerce and academia.

The Panel Discussions will be streamed into B2C and B2B – ensuring maximum benefit from the lively discussion.

The conference will be chaired by Michael Nutley, Editor-in-Chief, New Media Age.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
