Karen is Co-Founder and Chief Executive of award-winning PR agency Mosaic Publicity, named by the CIPR as the Most Outstanding PR Consultancy in East Anglia. She teaches businesses and educational organisations across the UK how to podcast, just one of 14 media training courses offered by Colchester-based Mosaic Publicity.
As a former BBC radio and TV reporter, who cut her teeth in newspaper journalism, she is well versed in all the techniques needed to create excellent audio and video for the web and will be sharing tips from her 'Five Ps to the Perfect Podcast' course with the CIM audience. She was President of North Essex Chamber of Commerce in 2004 and is Vice-Chairman of Communicators in Business in East Anglia.
